Wild Faces of the Andes

Whoever doesn't know the Chilean forest, doesn't know the planet - these words of Pablo Neruda aptly describe the breathtaking diversity of the Andes. Its fire and ice geology includes islands, temperate forests, wetlands, glaciers, and active volcanoes. In these terrains are found stunning birds like hyacinth macaws and Andean condors as well countless native animals like guanacos, dwarf armadillos and yacare caimans.
