Shahjahanpur ka Laatsahab

Reality in the small town of Shahjahanpur in north India is much stranger than fiction. Every year, on the day of Holi, the festival of color, one man - ‘Laatsahab’ - is put atop a bullock cart and paraded around town to be abused, beaten and splashed with colored water.
